This deliverable is part of Work Package 6 (WP6: Pilot implementation, evaluation, dissemination and utilization of results).
The purpose of the deliverable is to
- Present the framework of communication and dissemination of the results which the partnership will adopt
- Will develop dissemination materials and establish mechanisms to monitor the dissemination of results for the project's target groups
